MSDN Channel 9 posted video interview with Dr Sneath and Ian Ellison-Taylor on Windows History.

In the second part of this interview, Dr Sneath talks with Ian Ellison-Taylor about his experiences as a shell developer on the Windows 3.1 team. Ian was the developer responsible for such classic gems as File Manager and Print Manager; here he talks about how Microsoft has changed over the years as well as sharing some interesting anecdotes about the design of the Windows 95 shell.
