					<description>They keep them as exclusive for Vista Ultimate user, which I don't understand them what is the need to do this. Btw, Language pack is per user basis. You can have differnt language per login name.</description>

I don't know why support for Foreign Languages is an extra?

I mean, this should be included with ever Windows OS. Not for the high-payers. 

But at least they came out with it. Next time, they ought to just include it with the OS.</description>
